a satisfactory experience

convenient location changed towels friendly staff no coffee no ironing facilities no fridge

the location proved quite convenient. it was only a pleasant 15-minute walk to the city center. housekeeping changed towels every day (that was very useful). i also appreciated the friendly staff at the reception.

there were no coffee or tea-making facilities in the room. the room also lacked ironing facilities, though i could obtain them on request. i found no fridge in my room.

helpful staff clean room central station

the room was clean it had plenty of space. the reception staff were very helpful. the location is relatively close to the main central station.

the heating system in winter is excessively high even if you turn it off.

EXCELLENT stay near the station!

bright room comfy bed many power points short walk

My room was very bright and comfortable! I appreciated the comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of power points were available in the room. The train station and bus stop are a short walk away, and this made getting around easy. The staff was helpful.

I noticed that the room was a little warm.

My room was recently renovated. It was very nice, warm, and had a balcony offering views of the street. IT even featured a small kitchen. The hotel also provides a kettle for boiling water, with two cups supplied for tea preparation in the rooms.

The breakfast staff at the restaurant were the absolute BEST. They were very accommodating and cute. Guests can purchase coffee at the reception desk. The ground floor near reception offers a microwave to heat food and several tables for dining.

The hotel has a GREAT location, a short walk from the main train station. IT is generally a good location. It is close to the central train station, approximately a 15-minute walk. The hotel is close to many cafés and restaurants.

spacious room helpful staff luggage storage unsafe area nightclub noise weak air conditioning

The room was spacious and well-equipped. i also appreciated the reception staff. They were always available and helpful. they stored my bags after checkout. That was a big help.

The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night. it's located in the red light district. some noise came from nearby nightclubs late at night. the air conditioning didn't cool the room enough. I had to open a window.
